Deborah attributes her success as a top producer in the luxury real estate market to her extensive sales and marketing background, her involvement in building and restoring luxury houses, her tenacious attention to details that lead to successful negotiations, and her friendly personality that puts her clients at ease.

Her creative marketing brochure garnered silver ADDYS in 2006 and 2007. Deborah was featured on the cover of the May/June 2006 issue of Real Estate Executive and was profiled in the issue as one of Sarasota’s top Realtors. She is a two-year recipient of the coveted  “Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Award,” (2006, 2008) based on integrity, customer service, market knowledge, communication, closing preparation, negotiation skills, marketing of the home, and overall satisfaction.

Deborah was recently awarded the Transnational Referral Certified (TRC) professional mark from the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA). TRC certified real estate professionals better serve clients and customers who are looking to buy or sell real property outside their own country and who will benefit from working with a real estate professional in that foreign market. The Transnational Referral Certification was developed to help real estate professionals perfect the mechanics of cross-border client referrals. Equally important is the emphasis placed on working in the client’s best interests in the same manner as they would a domestic client. All TRCs adhere to a national professional code of conduct.

Deborah was selected as Agent of the Month in the March 2007 issue of Broker Agent News where she was featured as “Selling the Upper Bracket.” She writes and publishes her semi-annual “Sarasota County Luxury Market Real Estate Report,” which analyzes trends in the $2 million and above residential market, a publication that has become a bell weather for predicting future markets.

Prior to joining Premier Properties of Southwest Florida, Deborah was a top producer at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate where she earned the International President’s Elite award, representing the top 3% of agents worldwide.

Deborah is active in the Sarasota charitable and arts community, served nine years on the board of directors of Key Chorale, Sarasota’s symphonic chorus, is a corporate member of the Sarasota County Arts Council, and supports the Women’s Initiative of the United Way, Habitat for Humanity, and Second Chance Last Opportunity.
