This 7700+ sq. ft. bayfront spec home completed in 2008, was on the market for 585 days and sold for $4,400,000 on 12/7/09 (the original list price was $5.9 million). This represents the highest bayfront sale for Casey Key in 2009. The home is situated on just over a half acre of land with boating water and deeded access to the private beach of Casey Key. This was a very good sale for the key in a year when there have been only 8 sales (and 2 pending sales as of 12/15/09).
